Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with daily site operations and material handling.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools (drills, saws, levels) under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following OSHA regulations.
- Perform site preparation tasks, including digging, tamping, and cleaning debris.
- Transport supplies between storage areas and active work zones.
- Follow safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
