Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized storage areas
- Follow safety protocols and report hazards to supervisors
- Support concrete work, demolition, and site remediation projects
- Assist with traffic control and perimeter setup
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and carrying
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and site inspections
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided for all candidates
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid government-issued ID and work authorization
- Basic understanding of English (written and verbal)
- Commitment to safety and teamwork principles
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Must be 18+ years old
