Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks like material handling and site cleanup
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Load/unload construction materials and transport supplies
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Cleveland, GA area
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow protocols
- Positive attitude and ability to work in all weather conditions
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Must be available for weekend shifts (6 AM - 4 PM)
