Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including laying out materials and marking areas.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Physical Labor: Perform manual tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and holding materials as directed by supervisors.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants of all skill levels. A willingness to learn is the only prerequisite.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50+ lbs) and performing manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must have a strong work ethic and be punctual.
- License: A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
