Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently and safely.
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various tasks to ensure project progress.
- Site Prep: Perform basic site preparation, including digging, leveling, clearing debris, and setting up temporary structures.
- Tool Operation: Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools correctly and safely.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with the site foreman and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
- Attitude: A strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude towards safety and teamwork.
- Experience: No prior construction experience is required. We provide the training.
