Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work following blueprints and safety standards
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and hand tools with precision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with skilled labor tasks
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and maintain clean, hazard-free work zones
- Participate in weekend project timelines to meet critical deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience or equivalent trade certification
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work Saturdays/Sundays (6 AM - 4 PM) with occasional overtime
