Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure strict compliance with Florida plumbing codes
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, boilers, and pumps
- Coordinate emergency weekend service calls with dispatch team
- Maintain detailed service reports and inventory logs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Current Florida State Plumbing License (CFC #1 or #2)
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and backflow prevention
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
