Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials to and from the site.
- Operate construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist in site preparation, including cleaning, debris removal, and organizing materials.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and site-specific safety plans.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Handle heavy lifting and physical work in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Previous construction or landscaping experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new techniques.
