Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, mixing concrete, and cleaning work areas.
- Operate basic construction equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Perform general site maintenance, including debris removal and site preparation.
- Work collaboratively with the crew to meet project deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required. A willingness to learn is the only requirement!
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some holidays.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read basic measurements.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
