Responsibilities
- Assist in general construction tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Prepare and clean construction sites, ensuring debris removal and proper site maintenance.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and supply vehicles.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure job site.
- Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Must be available to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
