Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Load and unload construction equipment, tools, and materials from trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various on-site tasks.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols strictly.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Perform basic site measurements and counts.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required by the schedule.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor for 8+ hours.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts.
- Must wear appropriate safety gear (steel-toed boots, high-vis vest, safety glasses).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
