Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily operations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely under supervision.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of debris or hazards.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and maintain stockpiles.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Complete daily time sheets and report any safety issues to the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
