Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials and debris from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, leveling, and clearing.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free site.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow workers.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
