Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Support skilled trades with construction tasks
- Complete daily equipment inspections and reports
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Physical stamina for outdoor conditions
