Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Support skilled tradespersons with project tasks
- Perform basic demolition and cleanup duties
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic knowledge of construction tools
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather
- Team player with excellent communication skills
