Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently per OSHA standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shift rotations
- Follow precise blueprints and project specifications for accuracy
- Report safety hazards and equipment malfunctions immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- OSHA 10-Hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-4PM)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
