Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Safely handle and transport construction materials (concrete, steel, lumber)
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Assist skilled tradesmen with layout, framing, and finishing work
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Document daily progress and material usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
