Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Perform basic concrete work and scaffolding assembly
- Complete daily shift reports and timecards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends may be required)
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Steel-toe boots and work attire provided
