Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling on construction sites
- Assist skilled tradesmen with tasks like demolition, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and organize job site efficiently
- Assist in site preparation, cleanup, and waste management
- Complete daily progress reports and communicate with supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Oklahoma City area
- Willingness to work Saturdays/Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening (if applicable)
