Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools, such as shovels, brooms, and saws.
- Measure and cut materials to required specifications.
- Clean and prepare job sites, removing debris and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist in general site preparation and cleanup as directed by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in construction labor, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication skills.
