Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform basic concrete work, framing assistance, and demolition tasks
- Document daily progress and report equipment issues
- Collaborate with team to meet weekend project milestones
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) 6am-6pm
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Comfortable working in outdoor/variable weather conditions
