Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety compliance (OSHA standards)
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, loading/unloading materials
- Operate basic tools: shovels, wheelbarrows, saws, and power washers
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for task accuracy
- Report safety hazards and maintain equipment functionality
- Collaborate with team to meet weekend project deadlines
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays) essential
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
