Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradesmen in concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily safety checklists and incident reports
- Adapt to changing project priorities and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool handling experience preferred (training provided)
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Weekend availability (mandatory Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
