Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervisor guidance
- Assist skilled tradespersons with construction activities and cleanup operations
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support material inventory management and job site organization
- Participate in team-based construction projects with flexible scheduling
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with reliable transportation
- Basic hand/power tool experience or willingness to be trained
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments
