Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and basic construction tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain a clean, organized worksite
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and demolition work as needed
- Participate in daily team briefings and project meetings
- Complete daily timecards and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measuring and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero tolerance for lateness
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
