Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation

- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic construction tools knowledge (hammers, saws, shovels)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- No experience required – training provided
- Must have own basic safety gear (steel-toe boots)
