Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for construction tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Participate in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Perform quality checks and report safety hazards
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and overtime
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates
- Drug-free and pass background check
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
