Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including excavation, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervisor guidance
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation and cleanup
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Maintain organized job sites and equipment storage areas
- Complete daily progress reports for foreman review
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, shovels)
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun, 6am-6pm)
- Pre-employment drug screening required
- 1+ year construction experience preferred
