Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) per OSHA standards
- Assist carpenters and masons with material preparation and installation
- Maintain job site safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Read blueprints and follow foreman's instructions precisely
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Complete daily timecards and progress reports accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Valid driver's license with clean record (preferred)
- OSHA 10 certification (training provided if needed)
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Dallas Metro
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
