Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate basic construction tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, jackhammers) safely
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete pouring, and finish work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Follow project timelines and supervisor instructions precisely
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or manual labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6 AM - 4 PM)
