Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, and hauling materials to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as concrete pouring, framing support, and site cleanup.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and stock storage areas.
- Follow instructions from the Site Foreman and complete daily task assignments.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
