Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, carrying materials, and cleaning work sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks and material handling.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company site protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety plans when required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and flexible hours.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
