Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up work areas.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe job site.
- Help skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as framing, drywalling, and painting.
- Perform regular site cleanup and maintenance duties.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to blueprints and specifications.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
