Responsibilities

- Read blueprints and follow construction plans under supervision
- Load/unload equipment and materials at job sites
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Support skilled tradespersons with various construction tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
