Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation including material handling, debris removal, and equipment setup
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate hand tools (saws, drills, levels) and light machinery under supervision
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Complete daily site cleanup and maintain organized work zones
- Participate in project briefings and progress updates
- Support material inventory and equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic construction experience or willingness to learn trade skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and follow verbal instructions
- Flexible schedule availability for weekend shifts (6AM-6PM)
