Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Assist carpenters and masons with layout, framing, and finishing work
- Operate hand/power tools and light equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with safety protocols
- Load/unload materials and transport equipment as needed
- Complete daily progress reports and quality checks
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet project timelines
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform strenuous tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Comfortable working in outdoor/variable weather conditions
- Team player with clear communication skills
