Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including debris removal, material handling, and equipment setup
- Safely operate hand/power tools under supervisor guidance
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Load/un construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and site maintenance
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to Jacksonville worksites
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 6AM-4PM)
- Basic communication skills for team coordination
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
