Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and operate hand/power tools safely
- Complete daily safety checks and incident reporting
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Must be available for weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
