Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and demolition tasks with precision
- Safely operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery (training provided)
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and environmental standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight project deadlines
- Perform quality checks and documentation for completed work
- Assist in equipment maintenance and site cleanup operations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills) beneficial
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
