Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in demolition, site preparation, and material handling
- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Perform cleanup duties including debris removal and waste disposal
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Preferable: OSHA 10 certification or construction experience
