Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled tradespersons with excavation, demolition, and foundation work
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery under supervision
- Maintain organized job sites by sorting materials and debris removal
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation as required
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required for equipment transport)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites
