Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling under supervisor guidance
- Operate basic hand/power tools and equipment safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and transport debris to designated areas
- Support skilled tradespeople with task completion and equipment setup
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Complete daily timecards and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10-hour certification (company-provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for on-site assignments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
