Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) safely and effectively
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment using proper techniques
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Complete daily work logs and report site conditions to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8-10 hours/day)
- Basic tool operation skills or willingness to learn
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, dust)
