Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (drills, saws, jackhammers)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Complete daily shift reports and communicate progress to supervisors
- Participate in weekend projects (Sat-Sun) with flexible scheduling options
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
