Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and earthwork operations
- Install scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures per blueprints
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with proper waste management
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
