Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, trenching, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction site preparation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily task assignments as directed by supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic construction or landscaping experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
