Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, site preparation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for precise construction
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trade professionals
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Georgia driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
