Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup operations
- Operate hand/power tools including jackhammers, saws, and demolition equipment
- Follow strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Read blueprints and execute verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and flexible hours
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero tolerance for absenteeism
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily and climb ladders/scaffolding
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
