Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up materials
- Assist carpenters and masons with basic tasks like digging trenches and mixing concrete
- Operate hand tools and light machinery safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow all safety protocols and report hazards to supervisors
- Complete daily tasks as assigned by project managers
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - training provided on-site
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Columbus area
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
