Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Perform basic cleanup and debris removal following OSHA standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear provided PPE at all times
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Complete daily progress reports and time tracking accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurement and material counting
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Kansas City metro
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
